Getting Started

If you are ready to make changes in your life, it's imperative that you work with someone you feel comfortable with and trust.  You can schedule a 20 minute call to determine if we are a good fit to pursue a coaching relationship.

If we agree to work together, I will send you a contract with more details.  Once I receive the signed contract and payment, I will send you an email with a complete Introduction Packet of questions and forms.  We will schedule a Discovery Session via Zoom (90-120 minutes long) to discuss your completed forms, explore your goals and establish how we will work together.


Detail 3

We will then schedule 50-60 minute sessions weekly or bi-weekly.  There will also be regular check-ins for accountability to help you stay on track for your goals. 

Every client is different and the length of time people are coached varies. I ask that you commit to at least 12 sessions.  We will be working together and measuring results throughout the coaching process and can adjust the coaching agreement to meet your individual needs.
